1、宁波理工学院毕业设计(论文) 题 目激光多普勒测振仪光电转换技术研究 姓 名 马 龚 丽 学 号 311040408 专业班级 11自动化1班 指导教师 马 修 水 学 院 信息科学与工程学院 完成日期 2015年5月24日 摘 要近年来,随着科技的发展,特别是现代工程技术发展,振动测量技术的应用范围越来越广,在测量中的重要性也日益突出,同时对测振技术的要求也越来越高,不仅要求测量精确度高、信号采集速度快、抗干扰性强,还要满足在某些苛刻环境下的测量,比如高温、高压、高速、腐蚀、放射的等场合。激光多普勒测振技术是近几年最具发展潜力的测振技术之一,在测振方面有着非入侵、远距离、高精确度、快速响应等
2、优势。本文主要工作如下:1.本文以激光多普勒测振技术为课题,介绍激光多普勒的发展历史及其研究现状。2.完成对激光多普勒测振技术的理论分析,阐述了激光多普勒测振的三个模型,以及各自的特点,设计了双散射光束型差动光路模型。3.对激光多普勒测振仪光电转换技术进行分析,设计一套光电转换系统,实现光电转换,采用前置差分放大电路采集微弱信号,二阶有源滤波电路除去噪声。4.对光电信号转换系统进行了实验仿真,完成了光电转换系统的仿真调试。关键词:激光多普勒效应,振动测量,光电转换技术,差分放大,滤波AbstractWith the development of science and technology ,
